Technology Purchases
All purchases of technology at the University of Central Oklahoma
must be made with the approval of the Office of Information
Technology. Approval is gained in one of two ways:
- when you purchase technology components that meet
pre-approved standards, approval is implied
- when you purchase technology components that are
non-standard, a specific approval process must be applied.
This includes all EULAs, terms and conditions, and contracts.
All software purchases must be routed through the Office of
Information Technology (OIT) for approval prior to being
submitted on a requisition to the Purchasing department. Requests
for approval should be sent to email address, support@uco.edu
or via campus mail box 122. Exceptions:
pre-approved software. (For more information see

UCO Tech Store
The University of Central Oklahoma has entered into agreements with
Adobe, Apple, Dell and Microsoft to offer its students, faculty, and departments
with special discounts on software, hardware, and accessories - well below even
standard academic pricing.
