Equipment Loan Program
A/V equipment is available for loan to faculty,
staff, or student organizations for UCO-related projects. If you are interested
in borrowing equipment from the Media Center, contact the Technology Resource
Center at 974-5595 during hours of operation Monday – Friday from 8:00
a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

- eInstruction Response Pad Mobile Kit (25 units)

Equipment Loan General Guidelines
- Equipment is available for loan to
faculty, staff, or student organizations. Students requesting an equipment
loan must be part of a student organization and are required to have the
student organization sponsor to co-sign the Equipment Loan Agreement.
- Reservations should be made 3 days in advance of requested date.
- Reservations must be picked up and returned on time.
- Borrowers will be held responsible for all loaned equipment. Fines for
late, lost or damaged equipment will be enforced. For more information,

What's New in the Media Center:
The Media Center adopted a Mimio Interactive Kit to the equipment check-out
inventory. The kit allows you to turn any whiteboard into a smart Interactive
whiteboard utilizing a Projector. Stop by the Technology Resource Center
(Administration Building RM 101) for a demo.
- Choose from a content gallery loaded with
ready-to-use lessons, in many subjects, geared to a
variety of grade levels. Use them as is, or edit as
you see fit.
- Incorporate interactive materials – audio,
video, and Flash animations – to create dynamic
lesson plans.
- Import existing
lessons from favorite applications – PowerPoint,
Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat -- into the software.
- Available for
Windows, Macintosh, and Linux operating systems.
