Equipment Loan Program
A/V equipment is available for loan to faculty,
staff, or student organizations for UCO-related projects. If you are interested
in borrowing equipment from the Media Center, contact the Technology Resource
Center at 974-5595 during hours of operation Monday – Friday from 8:00
a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Equipment Loan General Guidelines
- Equipment is available for loan to
faculty, staff, or student organizations. Students requesting an equipment
loan must be part of a student organization and are required to have the
student organization sponsor to co-sign the Equipment Loan Agreement.
- Reservations should be made 3 days in advance of requested date.
- Reservations must be picked up and returned on time.
- Borrowers will be held responsible for all loaned equipment. Fines for
late, lost or damaged equipment will be enforced. For more information,

What's New in the Media Center:
The Media Center adopted several new Olympus Digital Recorders and Sony
Tapeless Camcorders to the equipment check-out inventory. The digital recorders
are great for creating podcast and the camcorders are easy to use and have the
ability to record to a standard SD card. They also have the capability to
download immediately to your computer. Stop by the Technology Resource Center
(Administration Building RM 101) for a demo.
